Specially designed for dry installation and rapid heat-up, Saint-Gobain
Ceramics Dry Vibratable Monolithics reduce down-time and maximize
furnace availability in both ferrous and non-ferrous foundries

They are extensively used in furnace bodies and inductors in
induction channel and coreless furnaces.
We have developped an extensive range of mixes that are available
in Alumina, Mullite, Magnesium oxide and Spinel grades to suit

Saint-Gobain Ceramics has also developped a range of specialty
dense castable monolithics, for a variety of applications. They
mostly consist of hydraulic setting, regular, low and ultra
low cement formulations, either cast with or without vibration,
or self flowing. |

Flow-Rite molten metal filters contribute to
casting cleaner metal, by effectively removing non-metallic
inclusions in the melt and by eliminating turbulence in the
metal stream. Casting cleaner metal is a major challenge in
foundries to achieve cost savings and higher competitiveness.
By using Flow-Rite filters, foundrymen can achieve lower scrap
rates, improved mechanical properties and surface finish of
castings, better yield and longer tool life.
