Products Introduction
MA-88: The MA-88 we produced with Japanese technology use Al2O3 as main material, and titanic salt as additive. This procedure includes fusion, crushing, magnetic separation, and sizing. The wheel is widely used for grinding the high strength material as tool steel and precision grinding.
Properties: Low sodium oxide, high density, high strength, good heat resistant.
MA-88R: Special chemical treated, widely used for resin bonding.

WA: The WA is made by low sodium oxide of AL2O3 as raw material, through fusion, crushing, magnetic separation and sizing. The wheels are wildly used for finish grinding and to grind the high-carbon steel, high-speed steel and stainless steel. It is also good for grinding the precision casting, refractory ceramic and some other high-tech industry as power mill and electric apparatus.
Property: Al2O3¡Ý99.0%, Na2O¡Ü0.25%, Fe2O3¡Ü0.1%, white color, high strength, medium toughness, high purity, good self-sharpening, strong chemical resistant and good heat resistant.

AZ: The AZ is produced by alumina and zirconia. It has two types, AZ 40 (Zirconia 40%) and AZ 25 (Zirconia 25%), through fusion, quenching, crushing, shaping, magnetic separation and sizing. It is widely used to make Heavy Duty Grinding Wheel. This wheel is to grind the stainless steel slab and special steel slab during steel making. It also could make the refractory for steel casting, glass furnace and etc..
Property: High toughness, good durability, excellent heat resistant.

Q1 (Fused Zirconia ZrO2>98.5%): We produce the Q1 with Zircon as main material, and Carbon as reducer, trough fusing, quenching, etc. It is widely used for refractory, abrasive, inorganic pigment, ceramic and metallurgy field.
Property: 1. For Glaze in Tile Field: It could increase the viscosity of glaze in the high temperature and extent the temperature scope which viscosity changing, enhance the alligator crack resistance by its good heat durance, stability, and acid, alkali resistance. 2. For Inorganic Pigment: It could be made into Yellow, Blue and Coral, etc. high color. 3. Q1 also could be used to produce stabilized zirconia, and then get the material for high performance refractory, high temperature insulating material, aviation field.
TSP (Stabilized Zirconia): The TSP products are produced with Zircon as main material and Ca2O3/Y2O3 as additive, during fusing, crushing, magnetic separating, calcining, and sizing. It could be used in lots field, like steel casting, calcining plate for electronic apparatuses.
Property: good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, low thermo-conductive.
Fume Silica: Fume Silica is come from the decomposition of Zircon Sand in furnace at 2700C. It has very good fluidity and intensity in cast. It is used in the fields of refractory and concrete extensively. Its appearance is white and SSA big as 8-25cm2/g.
