Saint-Gobain PAM awarded CSR prize by EUCC

On 19th November, the 7th CSR award ceremony was organized by the EUCC in Nanjing. Saint-Gobain PAM APAC was awarded the prize in Environment & Conservation for its Elixair system.

 The EUCC in China has always been committed to promoting the values of corporate social responsibility. The CSR forum has been successfully operated in China for 10 years. The CSR awards aim to acknowledge CSR successes, raise sustainability awareness, and share the CSR experiences with organizations looking to promote and exercise corporate responsibility in China. 

Saint-Gobain PAM ElixairTM is an Earth-Air-Heat-Exchange system. Fresh air is sucked into the specially designed ductile iron pipe through the air intake, and exchanges heat with the shallow soil, and then introduced into the room through air outlet. This system can optimize building thermal efficiency and achieve highly efficient operation of the HVAC system. It has good social and economic benefits due to the reduction in building energy consumption, and its contribution to environmental protection and energy conservation.
