On September 1, 2014, 9 volunteers from Performance Plastics (Shanghai) formed a team and made a donation for the left-behind children.
On July 9, 2014, Performance Plastics (Shanghai) launched a charity program "Caring for the left-behind children". The employees participated actively in this program and brought many extracurricular books from their home. And also this program got strong support from Site Labor Union, who bought lots of sporting goods and books.
After 7 hours' driving, PPL team arrived at Zhang Ji Primary School in Jiaoling County, Huaian City. The volunteers moved all the schoolbags from the vehicle to the classroom and dispatched to all the kids there. The volunteers played games with kids together and became good friends. A class library was set up with the efforts of volunteers and employees with the donated books.
Huaian TV Station, the local media, made an interview and reported this event. This charity program completed successfully. We expected more people to join us in 2015!
