Furon® UPBM Pressure Regulator, Pneumatic

High Purity, Back Pressure Regulator Valves

Specification

Furon UPBM Pressure Regulators are engineered to accurately maintain predetermined input pressures (back pressure) in fluid lines utilizing a pneumatic or manual actuator. By adjusting the pilot air pressure, the end user can control the desired fluid input pressure. Furon regulators contain no exposed metallic parts. A modified PTFE isolation diaphragm protects the actuator components from the process media, assuring no possibility of contamination from metal elements. Constructed from 100% high-purity PFA and PTFE wetted parts, Furon UPRM Pressure Regulators are suitable for use in ultrapure, harsh, or aggressive chemicals commonly found in the Semiconductor industry, or any other applications requiring high purity and/or high chemical resistance. utilizing a pneumatic actuator or Manual actuator. The UPBM regulator are designed for precise delivery of aggressive pure chemicals and DI water applications requiring virtually elimination squealing and chatter at all flow rates. Made of all virgin PTFE/Fluoroloy-T wetted flow path, the precision regulator is suitable for use in semiconductor and chemical process industries.
