According to the steady progress of the preparation of co-branded products, the co-brand is about to go public, and on April 18, 2023, the company held a special meeting of co-branded TPO series products in the Shanghai office of the headquarters of Saint-Gobain Group, attended by Zhang Feng, general manager of the company, and Wang Huan, director of operation.
The participants conducted research and discussion on the preparatory process and official launch of the co-brand.
Mr. Zhang, general manager of the company, proposed at the meeting: Saint-Gobain Ke Shun is deepening the accumulation of comprehensive building material solutions between the two parties (the parent companies of the two groups), making full use of the advantages of both parties in the field of product development, manufacturing and sales, jointly launching thermoplastic polyolefin and other polymer waterproof materials, creating repair systems and integrated roofing systems, in order to meet the growing demand for high-performance, low-carbon and environmentally friendly high-tech building materials in China. The company will continue to improve the quality of buildings and reduce the energy consumption of the whole life cycle of buildings, achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in 2060, develop and launch more and more comprehensive building materials.
The meeting accelerated the co-branded listing and set out the outlook for the business in 2023.
