From 2017 Dec 4th to 8th, World Class Supply Chain(WCSC) green belt training was held at Saint-Gobain Sekurit Shanghai Plant.
The trainer from EFESO, an institution focuses on World Class Manufacturing(WCM) training, gave a detailed training on WCSC green belt methodology. Our colleagues from supply chain in China, Thailand, South Korea and Mexico, as well as some colleagues from WCM, attended the training.
WCSC strengthens the competitiveness of enterprises by reducing waste, lowering costs, shortening response time and building stronger corporate values.
This training popularized the basic concept of WCSC among the trainees through group discussions and case studies, helping them to learn the importance of promoting WCSC to the development of our plants. The training helped the trainees to find out their weakness after analysis with the methodology, and thus determined to kick off new projects to further promote WCM development at their plants.
