In order to improve the selling & tinting skills of Quantum Premium shops, as well as the overall service level, Solar Gard China undertook a nationwide contest called Elite Club from April to July 2018, focusing on a standardized selling procedure and international tinting techniques. This Elite Club contest is comprised of 3 parts, which is provincial pretests held by distributors, 4 regional contests and 1 national final in Qingdao, and the top 3 winners of this national final, together with the top 10 Quantum shops in warranty scores, are entitled to watch the final rally of China Endurance Championship (CEC) as well as a study tour to our Quantum shop in HongKong.
Early November, a group of over 20 people consisting 13 Quantum Premium Shops arrived in the city of NingBo, Zhejiang Province and watched the final station of CEC, of which Champion Motor Sport, the racing team Quantum sponsors, won the Annual Silver Award.
On Nov. 5th, the group flew to Hongkong and visited our Quantum premium shop there and held a lots of communications and experience sharing with local staffs.
We believe that, through this Elite Club contest and study tour, the service level of our Quantum shops will be greatly improved, which will surely benefit the business perspective of Solar Gard. All our shops attending will also become more convinced with Saint-Gobain Group and more dedicated to Solar Gard Quantum brand in China.
