Pay attention to women's career development and promote the talent diversification strategy

In response to the OPENING strategy of Saint-Gobain Group’s Human Resources for talent diversification, as well as inheriting the Group’s transformation strategy, SG PAM APAC upgraded the original Mulan women’s club, and established strategic cooperation with the Global Women’s Career Lab to jointly promote the “Mulan” brand to the external market.

 

Dr. Bettina, the Founder of the Global Women’s Career Lab, Leadership researcher and experienced international executive coach and management trainer, visited MAS site and shared her insights and suggestions on women’s leadership and career development.

 

In September, the MOU signing ceremony for the partnership between PAM LAN Institute of Saint-Gobain Pipe Business APAC and Global Women Career Lab took place in Saint-Gobain APAC Regional office in Shanghai. Dr. Bettina will support Saint-Gobain PAM LAN Institute members’ development in the fields of leadership skills, career development, work life balance, etc. and will share with us the latest global research results from time to time.

 

In the 2019 Campus Talk of SG APAC, SG PAM LAN Institute entered the university and Dr. Bettina delivered a workshop on the topic of “Career Development and Orientation of Chinese University students”, guiding the students to plan clear directions and goals for the future career.

 

Meanwhile, during the German Chamber of Commerce HR Summit in Shanghai, Ms. Shelley Shen, Director of HR for SG Pipe Business APAC and the founder of PAMLAN Instituteconducted a workshop on the development of women's leadership on The Rise of Chinese Women, emphasizing that women leaders play an important and indispensable role in modern enterprises.
